N21 Festival: Writing with Children
Yesterday I had the chance to write stories with loads of children and talk about my novel Cold Crash at the N21 Festival. What a fantastic day! The children, ranging from 3 to 8, wrote super stories. Good Invisible Flash might be my favourite. My thanks to all the children and families who stopped to share their stories.
It reminded me that it can be useful to write on a different surface - although this was the first time I'd ever written on a barrel!
The N21 Festival was held on 8 July at Winchmore Hill Green. The School of Humanities and Joint Honours from the University of Hertfordshire were sponsors.
